Organizing Tips for Your Car in San Antonio

Have you been neglecting your car lately? Maybe it’s full of fast food bags, coke cans, trash and clothes. It happens, we get busy and forget to take care of our car from time to time. Whether you only travel to Austin, Wimberly or San Antonio for work or play, your car can get trashed in that short amount of time. At World Car Hyundai we want to give you some great tips on how to help keep your Hyundai clean in a few quick and easy steps.

Keep your trunk organized. Don’t treat your trunk like it’s “out of sight, out of mind.” Extra weight can load your car down and cause you to use more gas. So, give your trunk the “two week” rule. If the items have not been used in 14 days, it’s time to get them out of there. Pretty simple.

Use cleaning-wipes—all the time. Food, drinks, and condensation love to hang out in the corners and dark places of your car. Over time they build up and become a gross mess. It’s time to invest in some cleaning-wipes to keep in your car at all times. Use it at least once a week to keep your car nice and clean.

Keep dryer sheets under your seats. This may sound a little odd, but they work wonders when it comes to keeping your car smelling fresh and clean. If you’re not a fan of little trees hanging from your rearview mirror, invest in some dryer sheets. They’re probably a better option, anyway.

Hang up some clear plastic shower caddies inside. Find a place in your vehicle and stow away your items. If you have children, this will be such a lifesaver. You won’t have to worry about keeping all of their things in bags and hauling them around everywhere.

Hopefully these great organization and cleaning tips will come in handy for you.
