“ I dropped off my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe to have the back seat on the drivers side fixed because it would not fold back up. I dropped it off @ 9:30 am. At around 6pm I hadn't heard anything so I called the service department. I was told they were checking with the service technician to find out the status of my car. I called back 15 minutes later & was told the total price to fix the recline level cable & a new rear seat track would be $2488.50!!! I told them I wasn't going to pay that amount to repair the cable & was told that's fine you can pick up your car anytime. I told Kaityn the service advisor I would pick it up Thursday morning she told me that's fine & there was no charge. Thursday I picked the car up & was told it was $225.99!!! After telling them I was told there was no charge they knocked it down to $129.99!!! Like they were doing me favor! I purchased this car @ World Car brand new & would advise anyone to go somewhere else in the future. Will never go back or recommend anyone to go there! Absolutely ridiculous! ”
“ My experience at Hyundai north was awful , my sister took her Palisade for maintenance and they found a problem with her tire saying it was stripped and that she have to have done it. And wanted her to pay an enormous amount to fix it. She has not touched the tires since bought. Anyways the maintenance people done it and wanted to hide the whole situation. I will never purchase a vehicle from Hyundai north. I'll stick to Chevrolets ”

“ I went in to purchase a new 2025 car on 2/14/2026. While signing the paperwork it showed the warranty started 12/1/2025 more that 2 months before the time of purchase. I was told at that point that the vehicle was marked sold at the end of 2025. But also that I was the first owner and that it was a new car, never sold. They are either committing tax fraud or selling used cars as new. ”

“ This has been the worst car buying experience out of the 5 cars I have gotten over the years. First, they gave me a number and kept adding on extras. Then finally got it to where I was comfortable went over to financing and waited several hours (even with preapproval from my bank). Finally worked with finance, got told about all these extras I was getting with the loan - my 18 year old daughters very first one - was told if I made a specific payment for 12 months, my daughter would qualify for a decrease in her loan to half of the original payment. I was there from 10 am to 6. Found out 8 months later that this was all just crap we were being told, tried to readjust the loan by removing the extras that were tacked on and the paperwork never got filed and are still waiting for them to fix what they screwed up. NEVER AGAIN! ”
